Located in the heart of one of Europe’s largest ski areas - Paradiski - with over 425 km of slopes, Chalet Saint Barth is perched high above Arc 1600 village. Its magical view of the valley from the landscaped terrace or large south-facing balcony offers a breathtaking panorama in a peaceful setting. Chalet Saint Barth offers direct access to the ski slopes and features a heated ski room, allowing you to enjoy the best conditions the area has to offer, both in winter and summer.

Ground floor
It comprises a comfortable main living area with an open-plan kitchen fitted with a central island and a 35 m2 lounge/living room opening onto a lovely south-facing terrace with direct views over the valley. There is also a double bedroom and bathroom on this level.
Upstairs
A second living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, bar and wine cellar is ideal for teleworking in peace and quiet and spending cosy evenings by the fire with the family or in front of the giant screen. Direct access to the balcony with views over the valley. This floor also includes a master suite with en suite bathroom and a mountain corner with en suite bathroom.
Level - 1
The spacious ski room, equipped with boot heaters, gives direct access to the Cachette and Mont-Blanc ski slopes via its secure heated staircase. Also on this level are a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a children's bedroom with 2 double beds and en suite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 beds.
The Chalet Saint Barth was awarded the 5 Cristaux Paradiski® label in October 2024.

Parking : There is a car park just above the chalet where you can park your vehicle for the duration of your stay.
Track access : departure and return by ski from the chalet, on the Cachette and Mont Blanc pistes, directly linked to the Arc 1600 snow front.
Station access : 10-minute walk along the path. Shuttle bus leaves every 20 minutes to reach the resort and the funicular linking Bourg Saint Maurice (SNCF train station).
